About the Condominiums

The Heritage Bay Condominiums are located about seven miles from Rogers, Arkansas, just off Highway 12 East. The bridge across the lake is a mini-causeway which has been dubbed by a co-owner as, “Tranquility Bridge,” providing a breathtaking, peaceful and inviting view of Beaver Lake. Condo construction began in 1975 with a final total of thirteen buildings, varying in age from 25 to 35 years. There are 72 units, each with a panoramic view of the lake. They range in size from 1200 to approximately 3200 square feet, plus either a carport or garage. The complex boasts of a heated, indoor pool, clubhouse with meeting or event space, a pool table, and table tennis. There’s an outdoor tennis court for those who wish to be more active.

Water sports abound with the immediate access to the lake. H-Bay has two covered boat docks; most unit owners own a slip.

An owner elected five-member Board of Directors oversees the complex, and a local property management company supervises the day-to-day operations.
